The petitioner has approached this Court aggrieved on account of indecision of his appeal against the order of dismissal passed in departmental enquiry.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that an appeal has been preferred on 08-02-2017, till date appeal has not been decided, therefore, he has approached this Court.

Learned counsel for the respondents fairly submit that pending appeal of the petitioner would be decided expeditiously. 4.

Having considered the submission of the parties at this stage, I am inclined to dispose off the matter without commenting upon the merits of

the case with a direction to respondents to decide petitioner's pending appeal with in a period of 60 days.
