1. Counsel for the petitioner submits that though the claim of the petitioner is covered by the judgment of this Court in WPS No.2530 of 2017 (Mukesh Kumar Patel and another Vs. State of Chhattisgarh and another)", but the petitioner had not completed the required 8 years of service for claiming the said benefits.

2. Given the aforesaid factual matrix, let the petitioner approach the authorities concerned, for the relief sought for, after due competition of the minimum period required, and thereafter if the authorities do not grant the relief, the petitioner would have the remedy of approaching this Court.
