1. Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner was allotted government quarter at Berla and that has been illegally allotted to respondent No.6 and possession has been taken by him.
2. Learned counsel for respondent No.6 would submit that respondent No.6 has already vacated the subject quarter.
3. Be that as it may, the petitioner is directed to make a representation before respondent No.3/Collector, Durg, who
will consider the same if the petitioner is entitled for allotment of the quarter at Berla and still continuing on that place. Representation will be considered and decided by the Collector, Durg within one month from its receipt along with a copy of this order.
4. With the aforesaid observation, the writ petition finally stands disposed off. No cost(s).
