Notice in the present petition was issued as early as in the year 2010 and thereafter the petition has not been listed. Pending the writ petition before this Court, much developments must have definitely taken place and the selection list must have also been finalized and the suitable candidates must have also been appointed.

In view of the fact that much developments have taken place pending the petition, this Court is of the opinion that ends of justice would meet if the petition is disposed of leaving open the issue raised by the petitioner to be raised in an appropriate proceeding in an appropriate case. It is ordered accordingly.
