Nanda Kishore Budhiya 01.02.2021 Today the case is listed on office reference for extension of time to dispose of MJC No. 30/2014 (Nand Kishore Vs. Mangat Rai). PUD has been received from the court of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bilaspur (C.G.) praying for extension of time granted by this Court to conclude the proceeding in MJC No. 30/2014 pending before that Curt.

This Court, while disposing of WP (227) No. 1067 of 2018 on 26.02.2020, directed the trial court to conclude the trial preferably within a period of six months.

Considered on the request mentioned in the PUD and on that basis, I feel inclined to allow the prayer made in the PUD. Prayer is allowed and extension of time is granted. Further three months time is granted for conclusion of the case mentioned hereinabove.

The time given shall start from the date this order is communicated to the court concerned.
