1. The applicants have preferred this second bail application for grant of anticipatory bail, as they apprehend their arrest in connection with Crime No.224/2020, registered at Police Station Manendragarh, District Koriya C.G. for offence punishable under Sections 294, 506, 353, 186 of the I.P.C.

2. The first bail application was dismissed on 04.12.2020 in MCRCA No.1117 of 2020 by a detailed order on merits.

3. In the present second anticipatory bail application there is no change in the circumstances, therefore, no case for making different view is made out.

4. Accordingly, the second anticipatory bail application is rejected. However, if the applicants surrender and apply for regular bail, the same shall be considered expeditiously by the concerned Sessions Court.
