1. As per order dated 27.10.2018 of this Court, the instant appeal already stood abated due to death of appellant no.2 Bhalchandra Sane and it survived only in respect of appellant no.1 Rawla Jadhav.

2. In this case as submitted by appellant's counsel, the appellant Rawla Jadhav, died on 26.02.2019 and death certificate has been submitted before Additional Registrar (J) of this Court by Dr. Nitin Rawla Jhadav son of the deceased. The said certificate is in the record of CRA No.1465/1999. The fact of death of Rawla Jhadav is

also verified by the State counsel. No other application has been filed by the legal heirs or representatives of the deceased to prosecute this appeal.

3. In view of above, the present appeal also stands abated due to death of the appellant and it is dismissed as such. Sd/- Gautam Chourdiya Judge Akhilesh
