Learned counsel for the applicant prays for withdrawal of this bail application with a direction to the trial court to expedite the trial. Accordingly, this bail application filed u/s 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure is dismissed as withdrawn. However, considering the fact that the prosecutrix has been examined, the trial court is requested to expedite the trial within a period of three months.
