1. This appeal arises from the judgment dated 02.01.2020 passed by the learned Single Judge in Writ Petition (C) No. 4714 of 2019. 2.

When the matter is taken up for consideration, the learned counsel appearing for the Appellant fairly concedes that the subject matter involved herein was in respect of the contract awarded to the Appellant for a period of 5 years from 08.01.2015, tenure of which, has been completed on 07.01.2020. In the said circumstance, the matter become infructuous. 3.
