Upon due consideration, the application is allowed. The petition is dismissed as withdrawn.

Earlier, this Court had directed production of original service book of the petitioner on 14/02/2014. Learned State counsel would submit that the service book is presently in his record as supplied by the officer in-charge of the case. The service book of the petitioner shall be remitted forthwith to the authority to deposit the same with the State Government.

It appears that because of pending dispute of date of birth, petitioner's pension has not been finalised and various dues have not been paid.
