ORDER
(Passed on this 11.12.2021) 1.
The petitioner Jagmohan Pande appears virtually, however, he is not able to speak when contacted. Shri Himanshu Bhartiya, the District Education Officer, Mahasamund appeared in person along with Smt. Sunita Jain, G.A. 2.
By way of this petition, the petitioner claims time bound pay scale payable to him since 01.04.2006. The District Education Officer admitted the claim of the petitioner for grant of time bound pay scale since 28.04.2008 as per the circular issued by the Chhattisgarh Finance and Planning Department (Annexure P/2), and therefore, the grievance of the petitioner is remedied, to which, the petitioner appeared in person virtually has no objection. The arrears shall be payable to the petitioner within 2 months, else it will carry interest @ 6% per annum.

The District Education Officer has put his signature on Docket even in absence of signature of the petitioner.

In view of compromise arrived at between the parties on 11.12.2021, the petition stands disposed of.
