Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that against the selection list of lecturer Zoology (Panchayat) published by C.E.O./Jila Panchayat, Kondagaon, the petitioner has raised objections on 09-11-2017 & 17-112017 before respondent No.2, which have not been considered. 3.

Be that as it may, respondent No.2 - Chief Executive Officer, Jila Panchayat, Kondagaon is directed to consider and decide the objections raised by the petitioner within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
