Only short grievance of the petitioner is that petitioner's junior respondent No.5 namely R.K. Jangde has been promoted, however the petitioner has not been considered and limited prayer of the petitioner is that representation of the petitioner Annexure P-3 may be considered, so that the petitioner is given the benefit.

Considering the limited prayer made, without any observation on the merits, since only prayer is made that representation of the petitioner may be decided, it is directed that the representation Annexure P-3 may be decided within a period of 90 days from the date of receipt of the order. The petitioner shall also be at liberty to make a fresh representation as
