Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner's two appeals preferred against the order of District & Sessions Judge is pending before respondent No.2, which may be directed to be decided expeditiously. 3.

Be that as it may, respondent No.2 is directed to consider and dispose of those appeals within a period of three months from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
