Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the impugned order dated 17.10.2017 has been passed by the respondent authorities without affording any opportunity of hearing to the petitioner and as such, he may be allowed to file a representation before the respondent authorities against the impugned order.

I have heard learned counsel for the petitioner. 3.

The prayer appears to be fair and reasonable and is accordingly allowed.

Be that as it may, the petitioner is allowed to make representation against the order impugned dated 17.10.2017 within three weeks from today and if such a representation is preferred by the petitioner before the

respondent authorities, then the said authorities shall consider and decided the petitioner's representation expeditiously preferably within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of copy of representation. 5.

With the aforesaid observation, the writ petition stands finally disposed of. No order as to cost(s).
