The challenge in the present writ petition is to the order Annexure-P/1 dated 05.12.2015 whereby the petitioner was transferred from Jagdalpur to Dantewada.

The writ petition was filed in the year 2015 and there was an interim order dated 22.12.2015. By virtue of which the petitioner continues to work at original place. By efflux of time the grievance of the petitioner must have

now resolved. Therefore, the petition can be disposed of with a direction that the respondents shall not act upon the impugned order of transfer Annexure-P/1 so far as the petitioner is concerned any further. However, the respondents would have liberty to pass a fresh order in case administrative exigency so arises.
