1. The applicant has filed this second bail application for grant of anticipatory bail under Section 438 of the Cr.P.C. as he is apprehending his arrest in connection with crime no. 37/2020, registered at Police Station Bhoramdev, Distt. Kabirdham (C.G.) for the offence punishable under Sections 294, 323, 506 & 34 of the IPC.

2. First bail of the Applicant was dismissed with liberty to file a regular bail application before the Trial Court.

3. On perusal of the instant bail application, I do not found any new ground to entertain the present bail application.
