The M.C.C. has been filed by the petitioner for withdrawal of the amount deposited by Airport Authority of India. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that 50% award amount has been deposited by respondent No. 1 before this Court pursuant to the order passed by this Court on 10.08.2016.

The Miscellaneous Appeal filed by the Airport Authority of India bearing Misc. Appeal No. 883/2006, has already been dismissed by this Court by order dated 27.10.2017 and the interim order already granted has come to an end. Therefore, the petitioner would be at liberty to make a suitable application for execution of award in accordance with law / provisions contained in Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996.

With the aforesaid observation, the writ petition stands finally disposed of. No order as to cost(s).
