Learned counsel for the applicant seeks to withdraw this bail application on the submission that the applicant is a 60 years old aged lady and in the event, she would surrender and apply for grant of regular bail before the Court below, the bail application may be directed to be decided on the same date. 2.

In view of submission made above, the bail application is dismissed as withdrawn with an observation that in case, the applicant co-operates with the investigation and upon surrender, apply for grant of regular bail before the Court below, the bail application shall be considered and decided by the trial Court as early as possible, preferably within a period of three days.
