Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that against the order dated 13.09.2017 (Annexure- P/4) passed by respondent No. 7 cancelling

the registration of the petitioner's society, petitioner has preferred an appeal before the State Government which is pending consideration since 31.10.2017 and has not been decided till date. 2.

Be that as it may, the Appellate Authority is directed to consider and decide the petitioner's appeal after hearing the petitioner expeditiously preferably within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order. The petitioner would also be at liberty to press the application for interim relief pending before respondent No. 3. 3.

Upon receipt of copy of this order, the learned Appellate Authority is directed to expedite the hearing of the appeal and the application for interim relief pending before respondent No. 3 shall be heard within a period of one week from today.

With the aforesaid observation, the writ petition stands finally disposed of. No order as to cost(s).
