Sam Koshy Order On Board 22/03/2018 The respondents have filed their return along with certain documents wherein it reflects that the case of the petitioner, on an earlier occasion in a DPC held on 11.12.2017, was considered and the petitioner was found suitable for promotion. Likewise, there is another document dated 21.02.2018 Annexure R-3/3 issued by the Deputy Secretary, Department of Urban Administration and Development, State of Chhattisgarh wherein they have also concurred for holding a fresh

review DPC in the light of DPC held on 30.05.2008 so far as the petitioner is concerned.

Given the aforesaid facts and circumstances, the present writ petition can be disposed of with a direction to respondent no.3 to ensure that a review DPC is conducted at the earliest preferably within a period of 60 days from the date of receipt of copy of this order and an appropriate suitable order be passed forthwith thereafter. It is further directed that since the State Government has already passed an order on 21.02.2018 for holding a review DPC in respect of the petitioner, it is expected that respondent no.1 shall also, on the recommendation made by respondent no.3, take prompt action within a further period of 45 days from the date of receipt of the recommendation of respondent no.3. 3.

The Writ petition thus stands disposed of.
