Learned counsel for the applicant seeks to withdraw this bail application. However, he prays for expeditious disposal of trial, as the applicant is in jail since last about 1 & 1⁄2 year.

Accordingly, the bail application is dismissed as withdrawn. The Trial Court shall expedite the hearing and conclude the trial within an outer limit of three months.
