Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner was recruited under the Chhattisgarh Shiksha Karmi (Appointment and Service) Rule, 2007 and he was granted regular pay scale, increment and then revised pay scale also, but now in view of the circular dated 06-052016 and 08-03-2017, his pay scale has been brought to the minimum of the pay scale applicable to Lecturer (Panchayat). He submits that this issue was examined by this Court in in the case of Jayant Kumar Patle vs. State of Chhattisgarh (WPS No.4271 of 2017 and batch of petitions, vide order dated 03-11-2017) and various directions have been issued.

Learned State counsel would submit that this Court issued

directions for examination of cases category wise. 3.

Considering the aforesaid submission, the respondents shall examine the petitioner's case in terms of order passed by this Court in the case of Jayant Kumar Patle vs. State of Chhattisgarh (WPS No.4271 of 2017 and batch of petitions, vide order dated 03-11-2017) and take appropriate decision on the petitioner's claim for reinstatement into the earlier pay scale, which was being granted to the petitioner prior to reduction of lowest stage of the pay scale of Lecturer (Panchayat). 4.
