Agrawal Order On Board 20/02/2020 (1) Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that with regard to paragraph 16 of the order passed by the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Rajnandgaon relating to disposal of the property in dispute, the petitioner may be permitted to withdraw this petition with liberty to prefer appeal under Section 454 of the Cr.P.C. before the Court of Sessions / in accordance with law.
(2) Liberty is granted, as prayed for.
(3) Accordingly, the Cr.M.P. is dismissed as withdrawn with the liberty as aforesaid. (4) Certified copy of the impugned order be returned, after furnishing attested copy thereof.
