The dispute in the present writ petition is in respect of the nonreleasing of the medical reimbursement amount payable to the petitioner in respect of the medical treatment undertaken by the sister of the petitioner, who was dependent upon the petitioner. 2.

According to the petitioner, as is evident from Annexure P/3 the respondent No.4 has already referred the claim of the petitioner to the respondent No.2, where the claim is yet to be decided. 3.

Given the fact that the matter is still pending before the respondent No.2, the writ petition at this juncture stands disposed directing the

respondent No.2 to take an appropriate decision in accordance with Rules at the earliest preferably within a period of 45 days from the date of receipt of the copy of this order.

With the aforesaid observations, the present writ petition stands disposed of.
