Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that petitioner has made representation before the Collector, Surguja, Ambikapur on 21.12.2017 which has not been considered and decided till date, therefore, directions may be issued to consider and decide the same expeditiously. 2.
I have heard learned counsel for the petitioner. 3.
The prayer appears to be fair and reasonable and is accordingly
allowed.

Be that as it may, the Collector, Ambikapur is directed to consider and decide the petitioner's representation expeditiously preferably within a period of three weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order. 5.
It is made clear that this Court has not expressed any opinion on the merits of the matter.

With the aforesaid observation, the writ petition stands finally disposed of. No order as to cost(s).
