The Petitioner has moved this Court with the following prayers : "10.1.
That, this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to direct the respondents to do necessary fire safety audit and in the entire department / institutions / hospitals / banks / courts / hostels and other officials and private places where public gather at large.
10.2.
That, this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to issue appropriate orders/directions/writ,
towards the compliance of the fire audit so that, to prevent the fire incidents in future and make proper arrangement of the fire equipments in the whole public places etc.
10.3.
That, this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to grant any other relief, as it may deem fit. 10.4.
Cost of the petition may also be awarded.

When the matter is taken up for consideration, the learned counsel for the Petitioner seeks for permission to withdraw the matter. 3.
Permission is granted. The writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn. 4.
