Heard The instant MCC is filed on the ground that on the earlier occasion in WPS No.10263 of 2019, the address of the respondent No.2 & 3 were wrongly written, as it pertains to District Mahsamund; whereas it was shown as District Baloda Bazar-Bhatapara, therefore, the same may be corrected in the order dated 06.12.2019.

Considering the averments, the respondent No.2 & 3 as shown in para No.4 of the MCC be read as under :

"2.

The Executive Engineer, Water Resources Division, Mahasamund, District Mahasamund, Chhattisgarh. 3.

The Sub Divisional Officer, Top Work Kodar Nahar, Sub Division-1, Mahasamund, District Mahasamund, Chhattisgarh."

Accordingly, in the order dated 06.12.2019 passed in WPS No.10263 of 2019, the respondent No.2 & 3 be read as above. The rest of the order dated 06.12.2019 shall remain as it is. In view of the above, the MCC is allowed.
