1. The grievance of the petitioner is that the petitioner after amalgamation of C.G. State Co-operative Agricultural and Rural Development Bank and C.G. State Co-Operative Bank, rendered his services as Deputy General Manager from 07.10.2014 and eventually he retired on 30.06.2016 from the post of DGM. It is contended that after his retirement he is given pension of Rs. 8,000/- where as for the person holding the post of DGM in the Bank are entitled to pension of Rs. 15,000/- and one Vinita Narayan is being paid the

likewise pension of Rs. 15,000/-. The petitioner contended that he is subjected to discrimination. At this stage the petitioner prays that he has made a representation (Annexure P-4) to Respondent No. 3 which may be decided so that the petitioner may be paid Rs. 15,000/- p.m.

2. Considering the prayer at this stage Respondent No. 3 to whom the representation (Annexure P-4) is made, is directed to decide the representation of the petitioner with respect to payment of pension within a period of 90 days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and if the petitioner is entitled for higher pension the same may be paid to him.
