1. This petition has been brought under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure praying for correction typographical mistake, on the basis of erroneous mentioning of the crime number and father's name of the applicant in M.Cr.C. No. 6884/2017 order dated 11.01.2018. In this bail application the father's name of the applicant has been mentioned Jogitam Kumhar and the crime number has been

mentioned as 200/2017 registered in PS - Tikrapara, District - Raipur C.G

2. It is submitted by learned counsel for the applicant that the above details are erroneous due to typographical mistake committed while drafting the petition. The actual name of the father of the applicant is Jogiram Kumhar and the actual crime number is 312/2017. Actually the other crime number mentioned the number of final report prepared by PS- Tikrapara, District - Raipur therefore, it is prayed that the order for correction may be passed.

3. Learned counsel for the State objects formally.

4. Considered the submission made and looking to these facts that prayer made has support from the documents submitted alongwith, hence, the application is allowed at the motion stage.

5. It is ordered that the name of the applicant Jogitam Kumhar be read as Jogiram Kumhar in the cause title order passed in M.Cr.C. No. 6884/2017, similarly the Crime No. 200/2017 mentioned in paragraph1 in the said order be read as Crime No. 312/2017. Copy of this order be made a part of the M.Cr.C. No. 6884/2017.
