1. The grievance of the petitioner in the present writ petition is the nonsettlement of the bills for medical reimbursement moved by the petitioner.

2. According to the petitioner, on account of certain serious ailment which the son of the petitioner had suffered during 26.05.2019 to 08.06.2019

the petitioner had incurred certain medical expenditure and for which the petitioner had raised medical bills for reimbursement in accordance with the rules governing the field. The bills were duly processed and the respondent No.4 is said to have approved the same for reimbursement and a recommendatory letter was also issued to the respondent no.3 which till date has not been finalized though a considerable period has lapsed.

3. Given the limited grievance that the petitioner has and also considering the fact that it is a case of settlement of medical bills for reimbursement, this court is not inclined to keep the writ petition pending, rather ends of justice would meet if the writ petition at this juncture is disposed of directing the respondents 3 & 5 to take an appropriate step in ensuring that the admissible bills of medical reimbursement is settled and the payment is made to the petitioner in terms of the rules governing the field at the earliest preferably within a period of 90 days from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
