1. After arguing for a fairly long time learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that the trial Court be directed to decide the pending criminal case expeditiously.
2. I have heard learned counsel for the parties.
3. Both the Courts below have rightly held that the petitioners
are not entitled for the benefit under Section 437(6) of the Cr.P.C. and have rightly rejected the application, however accepting the prayer of learned counsel for the petitioners, the trial Court is directed to conclude the matter expeditiously.
