The present MCC has been filed seeking extension of time for compliance of the order passed by this Court in WPS No. 2597/2018 d/on 17/04/2018.

The counsel for the applicants submits that, since the matter involved pertains to the year 1989 and the department was finding it difficult to trace the records pertaining to the petitioner, hence some more time may be granted for its compliance.

For the reasons assigned in the said MCC and finding them to be satisfactory, the instant MCC stands allowed. 4.

The applicants herein are granted further 90 days time for ensuring that the aforesaid order stands complied.
