Grievance of the petitioner is that the petitioner who is working as Project Officer in Integrated Child Development Project, Mainpat, District Surguja has been transferred to Integrated Child Development Project, Tapkara-02, District Jashpur vide orde dated 8/11/2019 (Annexure P-1). 2.

It is stated that the petitioner is going to retire in the month of December, 2020 and as per transfer policy when only one year is left for the superannuation then such government employee are not subjected to transfer. It is further contended that the petitioner has been transferred from one schedule area to other schedule area without consent of the petitioner that cannot be given effect to. It is stated that respondent No.5 Jasinta Toppo had filed a petition against her transfer and presently

transfer has not been given effect to.

Considering the grievance raised by the petitioner that only one year is left for superannuation of the petitioner, it is directed that the petitioner shall make a representation within a period of 15 days from today before the Grievance Redressal Committee. If such representation is filed, same may be decided within a further period of 45 days. Till then the transfer order dated 8/11/2019 in respect of the petitioner shall not be given effect to.
