1. Perusal of the letter received from the Court below and the letter of the Jail Superintendent, Central Jail, Jashpur, annexed thereto would show that the appellant after serving the jail sentence and depositing fine amount has been released from the Central Jail, Ambikapur on 04.07.2018 in respect of the sentence in Sessions Trial No.24/2013.

2. In view of the above learned counsel for the appellant do not want to press this appeal on merits.

3. Consequently, the appeal is dismissed as infructuous as the appellant has already suffered his entire jail sentence.
