Ms. Sunita Jain, Govt. Advocate Hon'ble Shri Justice P. Sam Koshy Order On Board 15.03.2019 The present contempt petition has been filed alleging the willful noncompliance of the order dated 14.08.18 passed as an interim measure by this Court in WPS No. 5214 of 2018.

The respondent, on notice, entered appearance and filed their reply informing that vide Annexure R-1 dated 23.02.2019 the order passed by this Court has since been complied with. According to the State counsel, the petitioner has been taken back in service.

In view of the said submission and the documents produced by the

respondent, this Court is of the opinion that since the order passed by this Court has been complied with, no contempt is made out against the respondent at this juncture. The contempt petition accordingly stands disposed of.

However, in case the petitioner finds certain claim which is yet to be decided by the respondent, she would be at liberty to raise her grievance before the competent authority by way of a representation which the authority would decide in accordance with its merit. Sd/- P. Sam Koshy Judge Khatai
