This petition has been filed against respondent No.4, who is the uncle of petitioner No.2 on the ground that respondent No.4 is interfering in the matrimonial life of the petitioners. 2.

Three years has expired since filing of the present petition and this Court is of the opinion to dispose of the present petition with liberty to the petitioners to move application before the concerned

Superintendent of Police regarding their grievance, if any, if occasion arises.
