Present is a first bail application seeking for grant of bail to the Applicant who is in jail since 08.12.2020 in connection with same Crime No. 80 of 2019 registered at Police Station Bacheli, Distt. Dantewada for the offence punishable under Sections 302 and 201 IPC.

Considering the entire facts and circumstances of the case, particularly recovery of weapon at the instance of the present applicant, this court is of the opinion that no case for grant of bail has been made out. Accordingly, bail application stands rejected. Application for urgent hearing as also the application for hearing the case during summer vacation also stands disposed of. Sd/- (P.
