4. The Joint Director, Treasury, Accounts And Pension, Raipur, District Raipur Chhattisgarh.

Mr. Avinash Singh, Panel Lawyer for the State. Heard The instant MCC is filed on the ground that on the earlier occasion in WPS No.10259 of 2019, the address of the respondent No.2 & 3 were wrongly written, as it pertains to District Mahsamund; whereas it was shown as District Baloda Bazar-Bhatapara, therefore, the same may be corrected in the order dated 06.12.2019.

Considering the averments, the respondent No.2 & 3 as shown in para No.4 of the MCC be read as under :

"2.

The Executive Engineer, Water Resources Division, Mahasamund, District Mahasamund, Chhattisgarh. 3.

The Sub Divisional Officer, Kodar Nahar, Sub Division-1, Mahasamund, District Mahasamund, Chhattisgarh." Accordingly, in the order dated 06.12.2019 passed in WPS No.10259 of 2019, the respondent No.2 & 3 be read as above. The rest of the order dated 06.12.2019 shall remain as it is. In view of the above, the MCC is allowed.
