Hon'ble Shri Justice Manindra Mohan Shrivastava Order On Board 30.01.2018 Heard.

This petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking a direction to the respondent authority to consider her representation for transfer from the present place of posting to the place where her husband has posted as Constable. 2.

It appears that the petitioner has sought direction for consideration on the ground that there exists a policy of the Government to consider posting of husband wife together as far as possible and subject to exigency of service. 3.

The petitioner does not seem to have filed any representation in the recent past. Therefore, at this stage, this petition is disposed off with liberty to file representation seeking the accommodation as stated above. At the time when the ban is removed and routine transfers are made during transfer season in the month of July 2018, the authority shall duly consider petitioner's request for keeping husband wife together. 4.

The petition is disposed off.
