Present petition has been filed seeking for limited direction to the respondents for considering the case of the petitioner for being relieve to the petitioner's place of posting as per transfer order dated 19/12/2017. 2.

The counsel for the petitioner submits that, the affected person had already filed a Writ Petition before this court i.e. WPS No.1262/2018 which stood dismissed by this Court vide order dated 08/02/2018 and therefore nothing further remains for the department to issue appropriate orders for relieving the petitioner.

It has been stated by the parties before this Court that the transfer order has till date not been cancelled or modified. 4.

Given the facts and circumstances of the case this Court does not find any good reason for the department not to relieve the petitioner unless there are some strong administrative reasons available for the same. 5.

Accordingly, the present Writ Petition stands disposed. 6.

The respondents are directed to consider the case of the petitioner for being relieved from his present place of posting to the transfered place of posting as per order dated 19/12/2017.

Let appropriate order be passed within a period of four weeks' from today.
