1. The applicant is apprehending his arrest in connection with Crime No.440 of 2017 registered in Police Station- Dharsiva, District- Raipur (C.G.) for alleged commission of offence under Sections 407, 411, 34 IPC.

2. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that the applicant is willing to surrender, cooperate with the investigation and apply for grant of regular bail before the Court below. He prays that the trial Court may be directed to decide the regular bail application of the applicant on the same day.

3. Considering the submission made, though I am not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the applicant, it is directed that in case, the applicant surrenders and applies for grant of regular bail, the Court below shall consider and decide the same as early as possible.
