Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that against the noncompliance of the order dated 06.07.2017 passed by respondent No. 2 - Chhattisgarh State Information Commission, Raipur the petitioner has made a complaint before the said authority, but no action has been taken till date, hence this writ petition.

Be that as it may, the Chhattisgarh State Information Commission, Raipur is directed to consider the complaint made by the petitioner and

decide the same expeditiously in accordance with law. 3.

With the aforesaid observation, the writ petition stands finally disposed of. No order as to cost(s).
