1. The challenge in the present writ petition is the alleged wrongful reservation of the different Wards in the Gram Panchayat, Navagaon Khurd, District Mahasamund.
2. On a query being put to the counsel for the petitioner, she submits that the elections are held today i.e. on 28th of January, 2020.
3. In view of the said fact, nothing further remains to be adjudicated by this Court at this juncture. The petitioner, if at all, is aggrieved may approach the authorities concerned, challenging the election of the candidates, who would be declared elected by way of Election
Petition under the Election Petition Rules governing the field. Reserving the right of the petitioner, the present writ petition stands rejected.
