Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that petitioner is entitled for certain benefits from the Municipal Corporation, Bhilai which is not being considered and decided and no such benefits has been extended to the petitioner.

Be that as it may, the Commissioner, Municipal Corporation, Bhilai is directed to consider and decide petitioner's representation for redressal of his grievance expeditiously preferably within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order. However, the petitioner would also be at
liberty to make an additional representation before the respondent - Municipal Corporation, Bhilai within ten days from today for redressal of his grievance.

With the aforesaid observation, the writ petition stands finally disposed of. No order as to cost(s).
