Hon'ble Shri Justice Sanjay K. Agrawal Order On Board 2 9 /0 1 /201 (1) This is an application for modification of the order dated 11.01.2018.

(2) Learned counsel for the applicant submits that name of the petitioner as respondent No. 5 - "Dr. Goldy Lanjewar, S/o Shri Madhukar Lanjewar, aged about 39 years, R/o E.W.S.-7-, Vaishali

Nagar, Tahsil- Durg, P.S. Supela, District Durg (C.G.)" has been omitted in the order dated 11.01.2018 passed in W.P. (S) No. 1908 of 2015 and, therefore, the same may be directed to be added in the same. (3) The prayer is not opposed by counsel for the State. (4) It appears from the order dated 11.1.2018 that the name of the petitioner as respondent No. 5 "Dr. Goldy Lanjewar, S/o Shri Madhukar Lanjewar, aged about 39 years, R/o E.W.S.-70-, Vaishali Nagar, TahsilDurg, P.S. Supela, District Durg (C.G.)" is missing in the cause title of W.P. (S) No.1908 of 2015. Therefore, it is directed to be added in the order dated 11.01.2018 passed in W.P. (S) No. 1908 of 2015. The name of the respondent No. 5, as mentioned above, also be read along with other respondents. Rest of the condition mentioned in the order shall remain intact.

(5) The order dated 11.01.2018 stands modified accordingly and be read along with this order.

(6) Accordingly, the M.C.C. stands disposed of.
