Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the concerned Authority has not followed the orders passed by this Court in WPC No.227 No.600/2018 on 31.08.2018, wherein direction was given that the appeal is to be decided within a further period of 30

days.

On perusal of the order dated 31.08.2018, It appears that the petitioner has an alternative remedy under the law. 3.

At this stage, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of the Court to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to avail the appropriate remedy under the law.

Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty.
