1. There is no representation on behalf of the Petitioner. The matter pertains to non renewal of the lease granted to the Petitioner which stood expired on 28.03.2008. A revision against which has also been rejected.

2. In the absence of any representation on behalf of the Petitioner, this Court is left with no other option but to dismiss the Petition for want of prosecution.
