1. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that though the land of the petitioner bearing Survey No.3799/1 admeasuring 0.53 acres situated at Janjgir was acquired by the respondent authority way back in the year 1971-1972, but the compensation has not yet been paid. He submits that the petitioner has made several representations to the Collector which may be directed to be decided.

2. A perusal of the documents would show that the petitioner has made representations stating that land bearing Kh.No.3799/1 situated at Link Road, Janjgir wherein the road has been constructed by the PWD belonged to the petitioner and without any notification or acquisition proceedings, the land was acquired.

3. Considering the submission of the petitioner, without any observation on merits of the case, this writ petition is disposed of with a direction/observation that the Collector shall decide the representation of the petitioner within an outer limit of 90 days from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order.
