1. The limited grievance which the petitioner has raised is that the revision of the pension of the father of the petitioner which was revised from 01/01/1996 but was paid only from 01/04/2007, thus the arrears has not been paid to the petitioner.

2. The petitioner in this regard has already made a representation to the respondent No. 2 & 3 in addition to the representation already made, the petitioner is further directed to file a fresh representation supported with all other relevant documents in respect of the claim of the petitioner with regard to the arrears of revision of pension between 01/01/1996 to 01/04/2007. Given the fact and the petitioner making the said representation, respondents would decide the same and if the petitioner is found to be entitled for, then

the arrears of payment shall be paid to the petitioner at the earliest preferably within a period of four months from the date of receipt of the representation.
